These projects are obtained through affiliate development projects, bidding, negotiation and marketing. Our company has been in business in Hawaii for over 28 years. We are a member of the National and Hawaii Association of Home Builders which provides our company an opportunity to keep abreast of emerging trends, laws, technologies, construction techniques and products.
