Armstrong Design, Ltd. Is our design company. We also have relationships with many architectural and engineering firms that allow us to draw on their talents if called for by a project. One of the main tenets of our design process is design/build that allows us to create designs in relationship to construction costs that ultimately results in better designs and lower construction costs. Our experienced design staff promotes efficiency without impeding creativity in the design process. They can coordinate and obtain the necessary approvals from State and Federal agencies, and partner with activities among developers, engineers and consultants. We also work regularly with outside architects – several of whom are distinguished Fellows of the American Institute of Architects. We thrive on creative input and we enjoy putting innovative ideas to work.
