These homes sold within days of completion for a combined value of over $2.2 million. They were 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans with 2.5 to 3 baths. Living areas ranged in size from 2300 to 2400 sq. ft. on lot sizes from 10,000 sq. ft. The extreme slope of the properties were successfully developed using steel framing and suspended concrete slab for the garage.
