Kaua'i Lagoons Affordable Housing
Lihue, Kauai

Kauai Mayor Bernard Carvalho (second from left) and Kevin Keller from Armstrong Builders (far right) are joined by Marriott officials at the ground breaking and blessing ceremony for the Kaua'i Lagoons affordable housing project for the Marriott Kaua'i Lagoons Resort.
