Armstrong Builders is offering structured internship opportunities for Summer 2026 across multiple disciplines. Interns will work directly with project teams and company leadership, gaining practical, hands-on experience while contributing to real business initiatives and active jobsite operations.
Interns should be prepared to work in a professional, fast-paced environment with exposure to both office and field operations. This is a full-time summer commitment (40+ hours per week).
2026 Internship Tracks
Construction & Field Operations
Support active jobsite coordination and assist project teams in delivering quality construction.
Safety & Risk Management
Assist with jobsite safety initiatives, compliance efforts, and field-based safety practices.
Finance & Strategic Analysis
Develop financial insights and evaluate operational performance, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
Data & Systems Development
Help organize and structure project data to support estimating, marketing, and company-wide decision-making.
Marketing & Brand Development
Support digital initiatives and showcase active projects through strategic communication efforts.
Ideal Candidates
- Pursuing a degree aligned with one of the internship tracks
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Experience with tools such as Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Excel, or similar platforms is a plus
