With over 38 years of diverse professional experience in the construction industry, Jim has tackled projects in both residential and commercial ventures. As a Superintendent, Jim is tasked with supervising subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, while providing leadership and close attention to detail. Jim works to inspire successful outcomes by blending the Aloha spirit with his extensive industry experience, dedication, work ethic, and “can do” attitude.
Born in Massachusetts, Jim called the East-Coast home for the majority of his childhood. Raised in a military family, he often relocated to different cities, and even spent a portion of his upbringing in Spain and Italy before attending college to study architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Jim and his wife settled in Hawaii in 2004 after taking a vacation to the Big Island, and have since called the islands home.
When he’s not working, Jim and his wife enjoy running their Airbnb in ‘Wine Country’ California, traveling, scuba diving, and entertaining their dogs.
