ARMSTRONG BUILDERS NAMED GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR LAU HALA SHOPS IN KAILUA
HONOLULU, HAWAII (February 16, 2017) – Armstrong Builders has been named the general contractor for the Lau Hala Shops, a new commercial development in Kailua under development by Alexander & Baldwin. Located at the old Liberty House and Macy’s site, the new shops will feature a mix of restaurants, retailers and services.

Construction of the 48,400-square-foot Lau Hala Shops has already started and is expected to be complete in the first quarter 2018.
