Kaka‘ina Neighborhood

Armstrong Builders has partnered with the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) to build 15 new homes in the Kaka‘ina neighborhood in Waimanalo. Construction kicked off on March 15, 2017, and is expected to be finished by the end of this year.
