Affordability, sustainability and high quality were the three goals of this sustainable Hawaiian subdivision built in partnership with the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands on the Island of Hawaii. These goals presented a challenge in themselves, but all three were accomplished with all five single-family model homes in the 43-home subdivision certified as LEED Gold.
